As the top is opened and closed, the keyboard rubs against the LCD screen and can leave permanent marks and scratches on the screen. Inserting a NuShield screen protector over the viewing area will prevent this and extend the life of the screen.

NuShield highly recommends that you purchase the Klear Screen antistatic wipes to clean your LCD display screen before installation to prevent dust from getting sandwiched between the screen and the film. Klear Screen cloths can also be used any time to wipe off dirt, grime, fingerprints, etc. from the writing side of your NuShield film.
