Product Warranty and Return Policy

Our guarantee on all of our products is very simple. They will meet your expectations or you can return them for a complete refund including up to $5.00 in shipping costs to you for up to 30 days after purchase. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs to us. There is a 30-day limit to inform NuShield that your item was damaged during shipment or there was a shortage of the items ordered. You must Contact Us first to request a return.

Prior to making a large volume purchase, NuShield requests that the buyer first confirm that the film fits correctly and is appropriate for the application. They can purchase one film which will have a 30-day refund policy if it does not fit the application or size. NuShield is not responsible for accidental purchases whereby there are too many films purchased. There will be NO REFUNDS issued for purchases in quantities of 10 pieces or more. However, if any of the films shipped arrive damaged, NuShield will replace those films if needed.

If you are having any difficulty installing or using the NuShield screen protector film please contact us PRIOR to installing or removing the film so we can help you without destroying the film.
